Ingredients

Serves 1-2 servings
  1. 2 leaveslettuce
  2. 1egg
  3. Pinchsalt and pepper
  4. Little bit of oil
  5. as neededMayonnaise,
  6. 2 slicessandwich bread
  7. as neededMargarine,
  8. 2 slicesham

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the lettuce, soak it in cold water, then drain and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Beat the egg, season with salt and pepper, and make scrambled eggs in a frying pan with a little oil.

  3. 3

    Add mayonnaise to the scrambled eggs on a plate and mix well.

  4. 4

    Toast the 2 slices of bread and spread margarine on them.

  5. 5

    Place lettuce on one slice of bread, add mayonnaise as needed, then layer with 2 slices of ham and scrambled eggs, and top with the other slice of bread.

  6. 6

    Cut the sandwich in half with a knife, plate it, and enjoy!
