Tender pork tenderloin with a delicious sauce that pairs well with both rice and drinks. I often make this when I want to enjoy a hearty, low-calorie meat dish.

Combine the ingredients marked with ★.

Cut the pork into 3/4-inch thick slices and lightly pound with the tip of a knife. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a frying pan and sear the pork on both sides over high heat. Once browned, reduce to low heat, cover with aluminum foil, and cook through.
