Spicy Garlic Sautéed Edamame

Pick up the pods with chopsticks and use your teeth to squeeze out the beans. The spicy, garlicky edamame is so delicious you won't be able to stop eating it! The roasted garlic adds a wonderful flavor, too. Recipe background: I received some fresh edamame still on the stem, so I trimmed them with scissors to help the flavors soak in. This is so tasty, I’ll definitely make it again!
