Steps

Wash the chicken and marinate with ginger garlic paste and salt.Set aside for an hour.

Cut the tomatoes and onions together and blend together to make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a deep based frying pan. Lower the flame and put the tomato-onion paste.Add turmeric powder and continue frying till well fried.

Now add the marinated chicken and gently turn up the fried masala paste all round the chicken. Continue frying till the spices smell good Add sugar salt and a little bit of oil while frying Finally add water to the fried chicken masala paste and allow to get well cooked on a medium flame

Add the green peas and turn the chicken upside down. Wait to get well cooked.

Once the gravy thickens sprinkle cinnamon powder and turn off the flame. Serve hot
