I have always wanted to try making this dish. It is my favourite dish when I eat out in a Chinese restaurant.

Defrost frozen oysters

Put ginger, scallion and cooking wine in boiling water and cook oysters for 1 min

Steam oysters for 15 min and keep the oyster juice for the sauce later

Dry the steamed oysters and sprinkle surface with cornstarch
- 5
In a skillet, put oil and pan fried the oysters
- 6
When oyster surface turn crispy and golden colour, put on paper to drain off oil
- 7
Use the oyster juice from steaming to reheat and put on abalone sauce
- 8
Put oysters back into the sauce to coat and reduce.

Add honey to finish the glaze
