Mix the ground beef, ground pork, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Sauté garlic in a pot. Add water and bring to a boil, then cook the bite-sized meatballs.

Season with bouillon cube, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Add onion, carrot, celery, and spinach, and simmer for 1 hour.
