This pasta salad uses blue fish rich in DHA, such as tuna or horse mackerel. It features pasta in the colors of the Italian flag.

Start cooking the fusilli in salted boiling water.

① Cut the bonito sashimi into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the red onion.

② In a bowl, combine the bonito sashimi, red onion, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil, ginger, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix well.

③ Drain the cooked fusilli and drizzle with olive oil to cool slightly. Mix with the ingredients from step ② and sprinkle with basil.
