Ingredients

  • 2 packsChinese noodles
  • 150 gpork (belly recommended)
  • 2-3 leavescabbage
  • 1/2 bagbean sprouts
  • 1/4carrot
  • 1/2 bunchgarlic chives
  • 1/2 tablespoonvegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons● sake
  • 1/2 tablespoon● mirin
  • 1/2 tablespoon● sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon● chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon● salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon● soy sauce
  • 1 pinch● coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch● grated garlic (tube is fine)
  • 1 pinch● grated ginger (tube is fine)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the ● seasonings.

    Heat the Chinese noodles in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

    Slice the carrot thinly, chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, cut the garlic chives into 4-5 cm lengths, and wash and drain the bean sprouts.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork.

    Once the color changes, add the vegetables except for the garlic chives, starting with the harder ones, and stir-fry.

    Add the Chinese noodles and loosen them, then add the ● seasonings and stir-fry everything together.

    Add the garlic chives, taste, and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
