Drain the shirataki noodles in a colander.

Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the green onion.

Add the garlic, (optional) grated ginger, and kimchi. Stir-fry and mix well.

Add water to the pot. Once it comes to a boil, add the chicken bouillon powder and gochujang.

If you like, prepare a fried egg or other toppings.

Since shirataki noodles are ready to eat, once they have absorbed the flavor of the soup, drizzle with more sesame oil, top with a fried egg if desired, and serve.
