Shrimp and Loofah Dumplings

My in-laws sent us a big box of homegrown loofah, and since my daughter wanted dumplings, I tried making shrimp and loofah dumplings with fresh shrimp and one of the loofahs. The flavor was incredibly fresh and delicious!
Tips:
Loofah releases a lot of water, so be sure to drain it well before wrapping the dumplings. Shaping the dumplings into a crescent helps prevent them from breaking when boiling.
Thoughts:
I've had Cantonese-style shrimp and loofah steamed dumplings before, which were very fresh and tasty. When boiled, the sweetness of the loofah stays inside the dumpling wrapper, and the plump, fresh shrimp makes them even more delicious!
