Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 1 bagfrozen pork dumplings (about 12 oz/340 g)
  • 4 cupswater (about 800 ml)
  • 1 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder (such as Knorr or similar)
  • 2eggs
  • 2 teaspoonscornstarch
  • 2 teaspoonswater (for mixing with cornstarch)
  • 1/2 stalkgreen onion
  • Pinchblack pepper

Steps

    Use a bag of frozen pork dumplings.

    Pour the water into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the frozen dumplings and chicken bouillon powder. Simmer for about 4 minutes.

    Slowly pour in the beaten eggs to create egg ribbons, then add the cornstarch mixed with water and stir to thicken.

    Turn off the heat, add thinly sliced green onion and a pinch of black pepper, and serve.
