Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmeat (finely chopped)
  2. 3kaffir lime leaves
  3. 1 stalkcoriander
  4. 2tomatoes (cut wedge)
  5. 1ginger flower bud
  6. 500 mlwater
  7. 250 mlTamarind water
  8. 15 mlcooking oil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Ingredients blend:
  11. 10dried chillies
  12. 6shallots
  13. 3 clovesgarlic
  14. 2.5 cmginger
  15. 3 stalkslemon grass
  16. 3seed pistachio

Steps

  1. 1

    Meanwhile grind ingredients like dried chillies,shallots,garlic,ginger,lemon grass,pistachio until fine.

    First cook the meat to make it more perfect. Heat the oil,then fry the ingredients have been blended or finely crushed until crisp and fragrant. Then put tamarind juice, meat cubes and let it simmer for a while until the meat is cooked and tender. Then put kaffir lime leaves,coriander leaves,tomatoes and ginger flower.

    Let it simmer for a while until it thickens and breaks the oil before serving.
