1. Large pot saute garlic & ginger.Add stock,coconut milk, water & bring to simmer. Add chicken & cook for 20 minutes

Soak noodles in warm water in large bowl. Once chicken cooked for 20 minutes add noodles. Stir in lime, fish stock and sugar. Check seasonings

Serve in bowl add carrots, sprouts, peppers & cilantro
