  • 3 pieces(about 300g) pork shoulder, 1 cm thick
  • 1 piecechicken thigh
  • 1onion
  • as neededGarlic paste,
  • as neededSalt and pepper,
  • as neededTaco seasoning,
  • as neededChili powder,
  • 5-6flour tortillas
  • 1/4 headlettuce
  • as neededCilantro,
  • 1/4red onion
  • 1lime
  • 1/2avocado
  • as neededJalapeños,
  • Yogurt Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons● yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons● mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch● dill
  • 1 pincheach ● salt and pepper
  • 1little ● lime juice
  • Fresh Tomato Salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the pork into 1 cm strips and season with salt and pepper. Slice the onion into 1 cm strips.

    Cook in a frying pan. Add garlic paste, salt, and pepper, then 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning. Add chili powder as well.

    Cook the chicken thigh until the skin is crispy. Season it the same way as the pork. Cut into 1 cm strips.

    Shred the lettuce, slice the cilantro, and soak the sliced red onion in water. Arrange with lime.

    Dice the avocado. I wanted to make guacamole, but it was still hard, so I gave up.

    Combine the ingredients marked ● for the yogurt sauce. Dill is the key flavor. Dill can be frozen. You can also use sour cream for the sauce.

    Flour Tortillas

    Warm the tortillas in a frying pan, about 3 at a time. Cut them in half.

    Place a tortilla on a plate, add your favorite fillings, and wrap it up to eat.

    For families with children, you can use sausage, ham, hamburger, fried chicken, shrimp, boiled eggs, cucumber, corn, cheese, coleslaw.
