Ingredients

Serves 2-3 servings
  • 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  • 250 gground meat (beef and pork mix)
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 bunchgarlic chives
  • 1 bagbean sprouts
  • 150-200 gkimchi
  • 2 teaspoonscornstarch
  • 1/4 cupwater (for cornstarch)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the sesame oil over medium heat, add the ground meat, sprinkle with salt, and stir-fry until the redness disappears.

    Cut the garlic chives into 2-inch pieces. Once the meat is cooked, add the garlic chives and stir-fry.

    When the garlic chives are wilted, add the bean sprouts and kimchi, and stir-fry.

    Once everything is well combined, add the cornstarch mixed with water and cook until the liquid evaporates. Done!
