Ma's chicken parm
My ma makes it. It's delicious. She's italian.

Slice chicken breasts in half. Tenderize those cluckers until they're about a centimeter thick.

Combine breadcrumbs, oregano, Italian spices, and a handful of parmigiano in a bowl

Dip those beautiful smashed up birds in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Make sure theyre covered like your pre-existing conditions under Obamacare (completely).

Pan fry in rapeseed oil, vegetable shortening (this stuff ain't healthy), coconut oil (this stuff IS healthy) until both sides are golden brown

Smother the fried poultry goodness in tomato sauce and cover with lots of mozzarell and put it in the oven under broil for about 15 minutes or until it's a big gooey and crispy mess

Serve with spaghetti so you get some vegetables.

Lie on couch for three hours.
