In a bowl, combine the chopped fish with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

After marinating, drain the fish and set aside.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onion, then the garlic. Sauté until golden, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the paprika and stir, just until the oil takes on the color and flavor. Add the fish, mix well, and cook until the mixture is dry.

Serve the tacos with slices of avocado, onion, cilantro, lime wedges, and salsas so everyone can assemble their own tacos to taste.
