Add oil in the pan once the oil is hot add little jeera and hing

Add the onions and green chillies. For 5 minutes scrape the karela and add little salt and turmeric.

In another pan heat the oil and fry the karela and keep it aside

Now add the fry karela in the mixture of onion and chillies and add turmeric,salt and dhaniya powder.

Stir fir 5 minutes and the bitter gourd is ready to be served.
