Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1-1/2 poundlamb chops (6)
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoonrosemary infused oil see recipe
  • 1/2 cupchopped olives mixed
  • 1/2 cupCabernet Sauvignon merlot

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to a hot pan, and sear on each side of chops 3 minutes

    Add butter, olives, and season the chops.

    Add merlot. Let simmer 10 minutes.
