1-1/2 poundlamb chops (6)
1/2 stickbutter
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
1 tablespoonrosemary infused oil see recipe
1/2 cupchopped olives mixed
1/2 cupCabernet Sauvignon merlot

Add oil to a hot pan, and sear on each side of chops 3 minutes

Add butter, olives, and season the chops.

Add merlot. Let simmer 10 minutes.

Let rest 10 minutes covered.
