Made especially on the occasion of Makar Sankranthi which is liked and loved by kids to elder people.
Steps

Soak the 500 gms of Moong Dal for 4 hours.

After 4 hours drain and grind to find paste

Add pinch of Salt and Lal mirch powder
- 4
Add 1/2 teaspoon cummin seeds(jeera)

Add 1/2 cup of Green onions,green chillies, promogrante seedd and Corainader leaves

Mix the batter well - Now heat the oil in the pan and drop them in the oil and cook until the pakora turns to golden brown

Serve the pakora with Pudina Chutney / Tomato Sauce / Coconut Chutney
