Mince & Onion
My little twist on a simple recipe.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Being by frying off your mince in a non stick pan, add salt and pepper for seasoning.
- 2
Whilst the mince is frying off, chop your onion (diced) and peel and chop your carrot, also get your peas ready for later on.
- 3
Once the mince is done, drain it in the sieve and leave it to stand for a minute. Whilst waiting throw the carrots and onions into the non stick pan, letting it mix and cook through for about 2mins then mince to it and stir through for a few mins.
- 4
Prepare you kettle and put the stock cube in a measuring jug, fill the jug with 700ml of hot water and stir through the beef stock cube, also add your tablespoons of Lea & Perrins, once blended add the stock to the pan and put on a low simmer for 20-25mins.
- 5
After about 20mins mix your gravy granules and hot water to make a gravy in your jug, add salt and pepper for flavour. You can add as much or as little as you want for your own preference. Add it to the pan and stir through until you have the consistency you prefer.

Authentic Roast Beef Authentic Roast Beef
This is easy and looks luxurious, so it's great for dinner parties when you're busy, with leftovers to be used in sandwiches the next day.I recommend using a lean cut rather than a marbled cut for roast beef.If you're afraid of overcooking the roast, check it a little early. The meat will continue cooking a little with residual heat if you cover it with aluminium foil. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Maria358 cookpad.japan -

Onion, Tuna and Cheese Pasta Onion, Tuna and Cheese Pasta
It was lunch time, but I didn't have anything to cook with! So I made this pasta using the ingredients I had stored in my cupboard, but people loved it.Adding a little sugar makes the sharpness of the ketchup milder. The cheese melts with the heat from the pasta, so eat as soon as you serve it on a plate. You can also use pizza cheese. Enjoy the melting cheese. It's also delicious with green peppers. Recipe by aircook cookpad.japan -
