1 tbssugar
1 tspJapanese granule soup stock
1 tbsoil

Crack eggs into a bowl, add all ingredients except for oil and mix well.

Spread oil in the rectangle pan and heat it over medium heat.

Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it.

Roll the egg to the side.

Put it on another side and pour other 1/3 of the egg mixture in empty side.

Repeat method 5 until you use up the egg.

Serve on a plates and enjoy it!
