Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 blocktofu (soybean curd)
  2. 300 gbeef
  3. 1leek
  4. 1/2radish (daikon)
  5. 500 mlwater ★
  6. 500 mlsoup stock ★
  7. 50 gsugar ★
  8. 100 mlcooking sake ★
  9. 100 mlmirin ★
  10. 100 mlsoy sauce ★

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tofu and beef into appropriately sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Cut the leek diagonally and the radish into thick quater-rounds.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a deep pot and saute the beef on high heat until it changes color.

  4. 4

    Add all of ★ and add the tofu, leek and radish. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
