    Stir fry chicken cubes and spring onions

    Get some udon noodles on the boil

    Add katsu paste and boiling water and adjust to consistency you like

    Drain noodles and combine with sauce. Crank the heat for a minute or so to get everything sizzling

    Serve with fresh chilli and lime
