Take clarified butter/ ghee in a pan. Add makhana & roast them on a slow flame till crispy and golden. Keep aside to cool. Once cooled, powder the roasted makhanas finely. Keep aside.

Take milk in a pan & give it 3 - 4 boils. The milk will thicken slightly. Add makhana powder & simmer on a slow flame till the milk thickens.

Add condensed milk.Mix well. Remove from gas & cool the kheer. Add dry fruits powder & cardamom powder. Mix.

Once the kheer has cooled, add rose 🌹 syrup & mix. Refrigerate the Rose Makhana Kheer for 1 hour & offer Prasad to "Goddess Durga" & then serve the Prasad to family members and guests.
