Mango Apple Chikoo Banana & Date Smoothie

Wash each fruits nicely soak mango in water for 20 minutes
Cut all fruits in cubes & mango seed wash in ice cold water so you can use in smoothie - 2
Mix everything in mixer jar with little ice and blend till smooth serve immediately & enjoy the smoothie
You will love the taste
You can add soaked walnuts & peeled almonds also
