Heat ghee in a pan. Add crushed vermicelli and roast few minutes on low heat. Add chopped dry fruits.

Take milk in a cup. Add food colour and kewra water. Keep aside.

After roadting vermicellu for 5 minutes, add sugar and mix. Then add milk and mix well. Cover and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Put off flame and leave for 5 minutes. Sewai zarda is ready to be served.

Take out in a serving dish. Garnish with khoya and dry fruits. Serve.
