Wash Rice and soak it in enough water.

Heat ghee in a pan and roast Cashew Nuts in it till light brown. Roast raisins for few seconds till it puffs up. Keep aside for later use.

In the same pan pan fry sliced onion till golden brown in colour, keep aside.

In the same pan add ghee, and the whole spices. When the seeds crackle, add veggies and saute for few minutes.

Add spices and mix well.

Add rice, mix lightly and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer in a pressure cooker, add Water, saffron milk and salt, close the lid and cook for 1 whistle.

For Preparing the Paneer Pearls/Moti, in a bowl, mix paneer, boiled mashed potato, spices, cornflour and salt. Mix and make a smooth mixture.

Make small lime balls, and deep fry till light brown.

Add saffron milk to the pulao, garnish the vegetable pulao with fried cashews, raisins, fried onion and prepared paneer balls. Serve with paneer korma.
