First boil two glass of water and then add over night soaked chane,half tsp salt,one spoon oil and(one tea bag.) If you like.
Close the lid. - 2
After giving 4 whistle, turn off the gas.

When masala stated leaving oil,add boiled chane and mixed it well.
Continuously roasting five minutes then add one glass or more water, salt and chole masala, lemon juice.
Stir again and close the lid of cooking pan. - 4
Then heat the kadhai and add oil, then adding one by one all the ingredients and roast it nicely.

Cook five,six minutes then add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the gas ⛽️

Then make a tight dough of poori and started rolling.

In between above process,heat two cup or more oil in another pan.when oil is heated according to poori.

Start frying one by one, up to golden brown.

Then serve it with chole and onion, lemon..
