For chutney, blend coriander, green chillies, ginger and bit water. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan add boiled eggs, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.

Remove the eggs when golden. Now in the same pan add onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Add garam masala and salt., green paste and water.cook till gravy thickens

Add boiled eggs and cook covered for about 5 mts

Add chopped coriander and serve hot
