Pumpkin Masala Fry

Peel and cut pumpkin into 1/2 inch slices. Keep aside.

Put ginger garlic paste in a mixing bowl. Add all powdered spices and salt. Add 1/2 cup water and make a solution.

Heat a pan. Add oil and let it warm. Add fenugreek seeds and let it be blackened. Add sliced pumpkin.

Add spice solution. Stir and cover. Cook on low flame till soft.

When soft, uncover the pan and fry pumpkin till golden.

Pumpkin masala fry is ready to be served.

Serve with roti or rice.
