Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

CHICKEN MARINATION AND BATTER: Mix the cornflour, flour, and spices. In a separate dish, beat the egg and soya sauce. Wash your cubed chicken. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour, cornflour, and spice mix. Then dip it in the egg and soya sauce, and then again coat it in the flour mix. Deep fry the chicken.

SPAGHETTI: Boil 250g of spaghetti with olive oil and 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp vegeta. Once done, reserve 1 cup of the spaghetti water.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE: In the same pan, fry your chopped onions until translucent. Add in the mashed garlic and the ginger paste. Incorporate well.

Then stir in the ketchup and soya sauce. Let it thicken and add your spices: cumin, coriander, chili powder, black pepper, vegeta, and garlic powder. When the paste darkens, pour in the reserved spaghetti water and let the sauce boil.

Incorporate the fried chicken, carrots, and coriander.
