Today I have made tasty delicious paratha stuffed with paneer mixture . It's very easy and simple quick recipe but so tasty. It's taking breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Steps

First peel the boiled beetroot and cut into small pieces. Take a grinder jar add beetroot pieces and grind it into a smooth paste with little water.

Take 1 bowl water to a boil in a kadai, add chilli flakes, salt, oil, oregano. Once boil the water then add rice flour mix it properly, cover and steam on low flame for 2-3 minutes then turn off the flame.

Transfer the dough into a another vessel. Knead the dough till into a smooth soft dough is formed. Divide the dough into a equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. And roll it with rice flour into a round Paratha.

Heat a tawa and place the paratha on it and cook one side for 2-3 minutes, flip it and cook another side till golden brown then spread ghee and fry both sides nicely. Rice flour beetroot paratha is ready. Keep aside.

Making Paneer Mixture -
Take a bowl add grated paneer, chilli flakes, oregano, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, mix it properly. Paneer mixture is ready. - 6
Take a plate place the rice flour paratha and spread the paneer mixture on the paratha and fold it.

Rice Flour Beetroot Paratha with Paneer Mixture is ready to serve.
