Mix the tuna, pickles, juice, salt and pepper

Prepare lettuce add tomatoes, craisins, carrots

Place tuna salad in center of lettuce. Sprinkle with more pepper to taste.. add balsamic around and on top of the lettuce… mix and enjoy.
Pits chips optional w hummus.
