For Batter:
Sieve the flours and mix the batter masalas. - 2
Mix, add in water and prepare a flowing consistency batter. Rest for 30 minutes.

Wash spinach leaves and drain them completely. Boil the potatoes. Chop all the vegetables. Prepare the sprinkling masala. Ready the chutneys and sev,. (Store bought)

Mix some salt and 1/2 tsp powdered sugar in the curd and strain it. Now all the ingredients are ready to prepare easy, tasty chat.

Heat oil for deep fry. Mix the batter vigorously.Dip palak leaves in the batter and fry the fritters until crispy. Drain out of the oil when crispy.

Similarly fry all the palak fritters.
Arrange some fritters in serving dishes. Top with boiled potatoes, onions and tomatoes. Drizzle curd.. - 7
Sprinkle the masala, sweet and green chutneys. Put coriander and sev on top. Garnish with beetroot jullienes and a palak fritter on the side.
