Steps

Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Take ghee in a pan.

Saute dry fruits in ghee and keep it aside.Saute grated carrot for 5 mins in the same ghee.

Add milk, cover it and cook it till carrot softens. Stir occasionally.

Add sugar and cook till it leaves the pan.

Add fresh cream, mix it well, add sauted dryfruits, cardamom powder and cook till ghee releases.
- 6
Garnish with some more dryfruit. Serve it cold or hot or also it tastes best sizzling hot with Vanilla ice cream.
