Chicken Green Chili and Green Tomato
This is one of me and my Mom favorite, if you want more spicy you can add it with Thai chili or chili bird eye. You can taste the cooked bitterness of green chili and the sourness of green tomato with smell of a fresh and fragrant hot basil leaves. You can eat this also with fresh green bean or carrot and touch it into the paste. Let me know if you try it. Good luck !!

Blend roughly candlenut, ginger, turmeric, garlic, shallot, green chili, big green chili.

Saute the blend with oil and add galangal, lemongrass, kaffir leaves, turmeric leaves and keep sauteing until cooked (raw bitter taste gone) and season with salt and pepper.

Add chicken, mix it well and and cook for 15 minutes. Add water (half drowned) and green tomato. Mix it well.

Cook again approximately 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Make sure it is simmering until the liquid is reduct for 90%.

Turn of the gas and add hot basil leaves, stir it slowly. Serve it with warm jasmine rice.
