Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 2shimla mirch diced
  2. 2boiled potatoes diced
  3. 3 tspoil
  4. 1/4 tsphing
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 2 tspdhanya jeera powder
  8. 3 tspgathiya crushed
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/4 tspsugar
  11. 1/2 tsplemon juice

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil, put hing, turmeric, add shimla mirch diced, saute on slow flame. Add salt.

    After 7-10 minutes, add diced boiled potatoes and all spices

    Saute on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Sabji is ready.
