A plate full of Steak

This is a massive thin cut of steak it usually covers a whole plate. I had to cut these in half. The first time I ever ate one that covered the whole plate, was when I traveled to Tegucigalpa, Honduras and it just covered the whole entire plate it was so delicious. This is just a simple version that kinda reminds me of that dish. Theirs isn't breaded.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Season the steaks, and allow to rest 7 minutes at least. Beat the eggs and the water together, to make an egg wash.
- 2
In 3 different containers add the flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs. Make sure the containers are big enough for the largest piece of steak. Season each dredging container with salt and pepper.
- 3
Dredge the steak first in the flour, then the egg wash, and finally the breadcrumbs. Stack them on a plate and allow them to rest for 10 minutes. Heat the oil.
- 4
When they have rested and oil is hot start frying them. Baste with hot oil on top as the bottom fries. This way you can get a uniform color on the outside and an even cook. This way the egg wash is cooked proper. As the steaks are done move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Repeat till done. Serve I hope you enjoy!!! P. S. You can serve with a wedge of lime if you like.

Beef Steak Beef Steak
I keep uploading really simple recipes, which is a little embarrassing, so I have decided not to call this a recipe.Although this isn't really a recipe, teaching people how to cook is also very important.Of course the colour of the meat is important, but cooking the meat through to the middle is what will draw out the best flavour.Japanese beef doesn't really get tough, so it's probably better to overcook than to undercook. Beef Steak Salad Beef Steak Salad
I saw a steak salad in some publication, and thought it looked delicious. So I tried making it imagining the taste from the picture, lol. You'll want to cook the garlic until it becomes crispy, but if it burns it becomes bitter, so be careful. You should aim for a light golden brown. Recipe by RED_SPIC cookpad.japan -
Beef Steak with Lots of Veggies Beef Steak with Lots of Veggies
When I was a student, my friend's mother told me that cooking the meat this way would make it tender. I'm not sure if this is true or false, but nevertheless, that's how I've cooked beef since then.Serving this steak with fancy sauce sounds great too, but it's also amazing with "Super Versatile Garlic Soy Sauce". If you don't have "Basil Butter", you can also use regular butter. Recipe by chima@ cookpad.japan -
