Ingredients

  1. 1kilo Beef Tenderloin/Sirloin (thinly sliced
  2. 4-5meduim size onions (sliced into rings)
  3. 1 headgarlic
  4. 10-15 pcscalamansi (extract juice)
  5. 2 tbspOyster sauce
  6. 3-4 tbspSoy sauce (silver swan or filipino soy sauce)
  7. 2 tbspBrown Sugar
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. 2-3 tbspolive oil
  10. 1/2sliced butter
  11. 1/2 cupwater or more as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Sear beef until it forms a crust. Do not over-sear. You are not frying.

    Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.

    Sautee with garlic.

    Add water.

  5. 5

    Add calamansi. Simmer for 20 to 25 mins, until beef is tender and cooked.

    Add onions. Do not overcook.

  7. 7

    Add brown sugar.

  8. 8

    Add salt and pepper, according to taste.
