In a blender, blend together moong sprouts and bread slices.

To the mixture, add green chilli, ginger and salt, mix well. Divide the mixture into equal sized balls, flatten each ball to a tikki shape.

Brush a heated griddle with oil, place the tikkis, brush the other side with oil and cook for 3 minutes per side. SERVING

4. Serve with green chutney.
