Steps

Peel and wash onions then gently cut from the centre so that onions don't get separated

Transfer in a bowl and sprinkle all dry masala ingredients one by one over the onions

Toss the onions.Now heat mustard oil in a tempering pan add black mustard seeds it gets splutter

Pour the hot oil over the onions.Combine well cover & keep aside.Enjoy with your meals 😋
