Take semolina and grind it well.now transfer semolina powder in a mixing bowl,add salt, cumin powder,oil and mix well.little by little add water and prepare soft dough.

Cover the dough and rest it for 10 minutes.for sprinkle magic masala,take a Bowl,add mint masala, Peri peri masala, salt, chaat masala and mix well.

Now take the dough and knead well.take a small portion of dough and prepare a roti,cut the roti into any shape.

Place a pan on flame 🔥.add oil for frying and heat well.after the oil is hot, add prepared kurkuri into hot oil and fry well on low flame.

After the kurkuri turns golden and crisp, transfer them to a bowl. Sprinkle prepared magic masala on kurkuri and mix well,and you can enjoy them.
