Pick the corn kernels. Rinse them and drain completely.

Add water, turmeric powder, salt and boil them 5 minutes or until tender.

Transfer corn kernels to a colander. Drain all the water.

Now take a pan add butter let it melt then immediately add corn kernels and mix well.

Then add black pepper powder, salt, lemon and cheese. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Finally, transfer into a bowl add grated cheese on top and serve hot.
