Soak lobia and urad dal over night. Grind it in a smooth batter using a mixie.

Using a beater, make it fluffy. Add salt and chilli ginger paste.

Using appe pan, prepare all appams. Very less oil will be needed.

Mix buttermilk, water and salt. Add all the appams in it and let it soak till softens. Squeeze them and arrange them in a plate. Cover with sweetened curds. Refrigerate.

Garnish with both the chutneys, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves, green grapes and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy...
