Ingredients

2 servings

600 gfillet pork
1 tbspsweet chilli sauce
4 tbspdark soya sauce
1 tspchinese 5 spice
4 tbsptomato puree

Slice pork fillet into 1 cm strips

Mix all the rest of ingredients in a large enough bowl and then add pork to marinade for no more than 10 minutes

Cook in a hot wok until cooked

Serve with stir fried veg and noodles and pac choi
