Steps
- 1
Collect the necessary materials. Place near the cooking area.
- 2
Take baking soda, flours, 2tbsp oil in a bowl. Add all spice powders and mix with your fingers. Add coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger, vegetables-chopped amaranth, chopped onion, curry and cilantro and mix with a little water. Add salt when you are ready to fry.
- 3
Grease your palm. Take about 1/4c fritter batter, and flatten it to make a fritter
- 4
Heat enough oil in a kadai over medium flame. I use cast iron kadaii not stick kadai. Cast iron is good for health too. When oil is hote enough drop the fritters in the oil carefully. Keep swirling for uniform frying. After a couple of minutes turn the fritters. When crisp enough, lift with a slotted spoon, drain the oil inside the kadai. Take the fritters out out and place them on a paper towel to get rid of the oil on the surface.f

Aromatic flavorful Nutritious fritters are ready. Transfer them to a serving plate ; serve with your favorite Chutney or Ketchup. Enjoy
