I am going to share delicious diet khichdi recipe.
Steps

Soak daal for 30 minutes.

Take daal, oats, green peas and corn in pressure cooker. Pressure cook it till 3 whistles.

Blanch spinach, ginger and green chilli. Make fine paste from it.

Heat ghee in wok.
Fry garlic and red chilli. Keep out some garlic aside. - 5
Now saute onion, tomato and capsicum turn by turn.

Add salt and all spices. Now add spinach paste and ready khichdi. Add required water to adjust consistency.

Simmer it for 3 to 4 minutes. Take out in serving bowl and serve with fried garlic and red chilli.
