Was very tired of all the complicated paneer recipes online.. Tried this simple recipe and it turned out to be great. Give it a try!!!

Roast coriander seeds, Sesame seeds, coconut powder, and cashew nuts.

After allowing enough time to cool, grind the masala. Keep the prepared masala aside.

Shallow fry the capsicum (till slight colour change/slight crisp).

Remove the fried capsicum from the stove and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan again, and fry cumin seeds, onion(till its pink)

Now add ginger(grated), Turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry in low flame.

Add tomatoes and continue frying

After frying for about 5 - 7 minutes add kashmiri chili powder, initially prepared masala(roasted and ground) and salt to taste.

Add milk and a little water adjusting consistency of the curry.

After it boils, add fried capsicum and paneer, and add garam masala.

Cook for another couple of minutes.

Your Paneer Masala is now ready!!
