Banana Pancakes are an instant, delicious, healthy and easy to make breakfast, when we are in a hurry. Sometimes, we discard overripe bananas. But these bananas make very good pancakes with wheat/ millet flour, milk and semolina. This is a popular Odia breakfast.

Banana Pancakes are an instant, delicious, healthy and easy to make breakfast, when we are in a hurry. Sometimes, we discard overripe bananas. But these bananas make very good pancakes with wheat/ millet flour, milk and semolina. This is a popular Odia breakfast.
Steps

Arrange and assemble the required ingredients.

Mix millet flour mix and ripe bananas in a mixing bowl. Chop ripe bananas with a fork.
* Sugar is already mixed with the millet flours. - 3
Add mik and semolina/sooji. Mix well and add salt. Keep covered the batter and rest for 15 minutes.
Heat and grease the pan with oil, spread a ladle of batter, cover and cook both the sides till done.

Serve hot pancakes. I served it with cauliflower and potato bhaji. Thanks.😊
