Ingredients

20 minutes
6 pancakes
  1. 2ripe bananas
  2. 1/2 cupmillet mix flour
  3. 1 cupmilk(at normal temperature)
  4. 1/3 cupsemolina sooji
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. Vegetable oil/ghee/butter to roast pancakes

Steps

20 minutes

    Arrange and assemble the required ingredients.

    Mix millet flour mix and ripe bananas in a mixing bowl. Chop ripe bananas with a fork.
    * Sugar is already mixed with the millet flours.

    Add mik and semolina/sooji. Mix well and add salt. Keep covered the batter and rest for 15 minutes.

    Heat and grease the pan with oil, spread a ladle of batter, cover and cook both the sides till done.

    Serve hot pancakes. I served it with cauliflower and potato bhaji. Thanks.😊
